Inspection Information

If you are a property owner who values not only your physical assets but those who enter the property, you have come to the right place. We take life safety very seriously at Fire Systems of Texas, and because we do, we value accurate inspections. Our inspectors are trained to identify deficiencies so that your building is protected in the event of a fire.

The purpose of the inspection is to make sure the system functions as intended during a fire event. If your system has been passively inspected, meaning an inspector just comes by to tag the system each year, there is a greater risk that deficiencies may be present in the system and that if a fire were to occur, the system may not function as intended.

We seek to partner with those who are serious about not just property safety, but life safety as well.

Having extensive experience with fire sprinkler inspections means that we have a great deal of knowledge and expertise in conducting thorough inspections of fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.

We understand that regular inspections are crucial to the safety and protection of people and property. That's why we conduct annual inspections and also test and inspect systems after any significant modifications or changes.

We are experts at understanding and applying NFPA 25, which is the standard for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems. This standard provides guidance on the proper inspection and testing procedures for fire sprinkler systems, as well as the required documentation and record-keeping.

Our team of experts has extensive experience working with various types of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. We are knowledgeable in the latest technology and best practices related to fire sprinklers.

Overall, our extensive experience with fire sprinkler inspections enables us to provide our clients with reliable, efficient, and effective fire protection solutions. We understand the importance of complying with all applicable codes and regulations, and we work diligently to ensure that our clients' fire sprinkler systems are in optimal condition and ready to perform in case of a fire emergency.
